We designed this 15-storey tower with 4 basement levels in a contemporary architectural style that blends elegance with bold geometric expression.
The tower’s slender form features dynamic façades defined by diagonal lines and horizontal openings, creating a distinctive and balanced architectural identity.

The building includes highly efficient office and commercial spaces, carefully planned to ensure optimal natural lighting and ventilation throughout all levels.
Vertical circulation and service cores were strategically placed to ensure smooth movement and accessibility.
The façade’s sleek glass surfaces and metallic finishes express modern sophistication, while the nighttime façade lighting enhances the tower’s presence as a striking investment landmark on King Salman Road.
